Hello, your recent build with a 9800X3D seems fine, but the temperatures are lower than expected. It’s unusual for idle temps to stay around 40°C and only rise slightly during games. In the Cinebench test you ran, the peak reached 61°C and the score was 1302. You mentioned enabling PBO in BIOS and seeing cores reach up to 5.2 GHz—this looks normal. Consider checking for dust buildup, ensuring proper cooling fan operation, and verifying that your motherboard supports the temperatures you’re seeing.

It's typical for your stepdad to maintain consistent temperatures, and he uses a Noctua NH-D15 cooler.

Are you referring to the power settings in the Control Panel? Your plan is Ultimate Performance, and you're using the Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro 360. You should verify the cooling setup and ensure the CPU is running smoothly.

Your processor is functioning properly. Otherwise, you'd experience instability and performance issues.
