His CPU seems to be working hard due to insufficient viscosity, which is why @unclewebb is right. The PTM7950 would be the best starting point. It shouldn’t hit 100°C when running at 35 watts.

Hey everyone. I managed to obtain PTM 7950, though I'm not sure if it's the authentic version. It looks like the temperatures are much lower now.
