CPU temperature reaches maximum power limit after intense usage for half a minute
I own an i7-9700k paired with an ASUS z390-p motherboard. I’ve observed a drop in my clock speeds from 4.6 GHz to around 4.3 or even 4.4 GHz when under heavy usage. My guess is that the manufacturer, CyberPower, possibly restricted BIOS settings. The challenge is that I haven’t found any controls that enforce limits. I’m frustrated with a limited build and would appreciate guidance. I recall this issue was linked to one of the prebuilt models in the Secret Shopper lineup, but I’m unsure how to address it. 2070 super 16GB 3000MHz RAM 800W PSU 1TB NVMe SSD 2022-05-24 13-51-45 (online-video-cutter.com).mp4
