My laptop CPU (I7-10510U) is running at stock speed without any overclocking attempts, but it’s reaching temperatures around 104°C and possibly higher when idle. I’m curious if there’s a solution to this issue and whether it’s a significant problem. Also, I’ve noticed that games like Minecraft or Roblox, as well as occasional idle sessions, can hit similar high temps. Thanks! P.S. I’m using a 64-bit HWINFO driver for everything, and other programs show the same result—my laptop hasn’t crashed or shut down at all.

Ensure the vents remain unobstructed for proper airflow. The system should function normally unless thermal throttling occurs. It’s acceptable as long as load clocks stay above the base frequency.
