I just installed an AI cooling solution for my CPU and wanted to check if 39°C and 45°C are safe with it.

Varies with the processor, and resting temperatures aren't very stable. Running temperatures matter more, while frequency plays the biggest role since CPUs change their speeds and power based on heat levels.

Based on your CPU's load, 80 degrees works well for an AIO. Peak temperatures around 90 are acceptable too, as long as it uses power efficiently.
