Ok everyone so update, had a friend come over and helped me fix it turns out I left out when cable you have to bridge the USB port on the aio to a usb 2.0 header to both fans for the pump to turn on and it work 328C idle in my h1 and 60 C in heavy games absolute W this is the final look of the build
