Hello, I own an HP Omen 16 (16c0500na) paired with an AMD R7 5800H and RX 6600m, all running on Windows 11. Over the past three months, I've encountered several problems consistently. The laptop arrived brand new, but I've noticed recurring issues: sometimes the CPU clock drops to just 0.38GHz without any obvious cause—usually when using AC power, and only during activities like streaming or playing audio (especially Spotify). Other times it runs at a lower speed while background apps are active, particularly noticeable in fullscreen mode (e.g., gaming on another monitor). When this happens, my audio becomes very distorted, and the system feels slow. Performance drops noticeably for a few seconds, often when CPU usage is around 10-20%. I suspect this occurs when the CPU is under heavy load, though it seems to settle back after a short while.

Additionally, I've experienced frequent GPU driver failures, especially when using programs like Inventor Pro or Blender. I'm currently using the "Adrenaline Edition" drivers instead of the official ones and have tried both the latest and beta versions. It appears this is likely due to gaming drivers rather than sound card or headphone issues. The problem seems to reset after a few minutes, but sometimes it recurs for short periods or even multiple hours.

Another minor issue is that my laptop's power consumption readings (via HWinfo and MSI Afterburner) show the GPU drawing up to 145W—far exceeding its 65W limit. This suggests the GPU is being pushed hard, possibly due to the display settings or background processes. I've attempted reinstalling drivers multiple times, even managing to get both the Vega graphics and gaming drivers at once, but this caused instability in AMD software.

I'm seeking advice on resolving these challenges. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
