When I adjusted the RAM speed on another machine to 3200MHz, it limited the CPU base frequency and clock speed to 4.0GHz. On my system, changing the settings back to AUTO didn’t alter them. My PC specs include an AMD X570 Tuf Gaming Pro with Wi-Fi, AMD 3900X, GSKILL 3200MHZ RAM, a cooler build, an Asus 1080, and an EVGA 850W PSU.
