Only occurs when both are under stress (they can each reach 100 separately), which makes the powerbrick bottleneck inevitable. Can you upload it without risking board damage, using more current or voltage?

it's a BIOS limit in place. Upgrading the power brick won't help as if you run both at maximum clock you'll also overload the cooling solution.

Guys, it seems the GPU at full capacity really boosts the CPU performance. This affects how I see the situation.

I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience, but could the fan be drawing power from the CPU? The increase seems linked to the throttle adjustment.

No, no, and no. There is nothing you can do. If you "remove" the limit, the laptop will destory itself by overloading the power delivery and cooking itself to death. Laptops are designed with EXTREMELY tight tolerances and even a minimal change in power draw/heat can have massive repercussions.

The fans increase as temperatures rise. At full GPU usage, it draws more power, which reduces CPU power and slows it down. When the GPU overheats, fans accelerate to dissipate heat. Both faster fans and CPU throttling are driven by the GPU and shouldn’t influence each other.

The temperatures aren't that high; they increase when the GPU reaches 67°C. Would it be possible to adjust the fan settings so it only increases at around 78°C without causing harm?
