Hi there, I've experienced some power issues at home. My house lost power for a few days, dropping the temperature down to around 36 degrees. After moving my computer to another place where it worked fine, I noticed the CPU ran hot—sometimes hitting 95 plus with little load. I cleaned the cooler, reapplied thermal paste, checked all connections, and started up everything. Now I hear bubbling and liquid sloshing from the cooler, which suggests air bubbles in the lines. By moving the case a bit, the noise decreased. After a stress test, the bubble problem disappeared. But now my CPU speed is jumping wildly between maximum and just 10%.

Questions for you:
1. Does this affect the long-term health of your CPU?
2. Can I keep running my PC with this without risking damage?
3. Any tips on possible fixes?
4. Should I replace or reinstall the cooler to stabilize temperatures?

Thanks in advance for your help!
