I encountered a problem a few months back, which is crucial for understanding my current situation: |||||||||||||||| MARCH 2 2023 |||||||||||||||| My system has been running for nearly two years without any issues—CPU: Intel I7-11700k, GPU: Zotac RTX 3070ti, RAM: two 8GB modules at 3600Mhz. About a month ago, I upgraded both the motherboard and SSD, but then added another identical 2x8GB 3600Mhz module. One day I pressed power and Windows failed to boot; instead of the usual screen, it showed the Windows Boot option frozen with loading dots. I attempted troubleshooting—restarted, went into BIOS, checked files, tried various fixes—but everything worked once. Two days later the same issue returned. After forcing a shutdown and restarting, nothing changed. The GPU was on, fans spun, and the CPU red LED lit. I searched online, followed reset steps, changed CMOS settings, replaced the CMOS battery, cleaned the PC thoroughly, updated thermal paste, verified the socket and pins. Still, problems persisted. After cleaning everything, resetting CMOS once more, it booted again. Then I removed all RAM except one, replaced it, and it worked. I saved my NVMe drives, reinstalled Windows 10 (which froze twice), and after a few restarts, it finally started. Now I’m unsure what caused the problem or how to fix it. My main questions are: - What might be causing this issue? - If possible, how can I resolve it? I’ve tested the RAM and found no faults. The situation has changed since my last CPU swap in June 2023. Some users reported similar issues with Z590 chipsets, but I haven’t encountered anyone else who solved it. Could you help clarify what’s happening?

Reset your CPU a few times and verify the results.
Attempt to boot without RAM; if the CPU LED appears, the issue may be with the memory controller.
Format the boot drive and reinstall Windows.

Hi, thank you for your response! I’ll attempt to reposition it, though it might be tricky to confirm if the issue came from what you said.
