Even with just 32 participants, it would equate to about 2 threads per person, making it unsuitable for tasks like video encoding, streaming, high-traffic sites, intensive bots, or demanding player interactions.

If you shrink it down to eight, the output will likely be more focused and efficient.

On the dual v4 server? Plenty for most tasks. Streaming video would still be a bit limited to 2 or so streams. Encoding still would probs be better off on the users own machine.
