For 48 individuals that remains roughly 1.33 threads per person, essentially indicating any basic platform—from a simple website to a modest Discord bot or game server—would suffice. Even with just 32 participants, it would equate to about 2 threads per person, making it unsuitable for tasks like video encoding, streaming, high-traffic sites, intensive bots, or demanding player interactions.
On the dual v4 server? Plenty for most tasks. Streaming video would still be a bit limited to 2 or so streams. Encoding still would probs be better off on the users own machine.
