You're considering a Ryzen 9 3900X for your Minecraft server. It's a solid choice with its 12 cores and strong performance. For handling multiple servers and players, it should keep up well. Running Network alongside 2-3 servers with 100-200 players is feasible, though you may want to monitor performance closely. The I9-9900K is another option but might be heavier and less efficient than the 3900X. Other good options include the Ryzen 7 5800X, Intel Core i9-13900K, or even a high-end AMD Ryzen 9 5900X. Consider your budget and power needs when deciding.
