CPU reaches maximum temperature and system crashes
Your main voltage is significantly higher than expected. It seems your board might be auto-overclocking. Try lowering it to a maximum of 1.4v, ideally 1.35v for better performance. Exceeding 1.47v will cause overheating in standard coolers.
Set voltage at maximum 1.3V and will try it out; if under heavy load it works, I’ll go up to 1.35V. Did some brief research and it looks like better cooling could be achieved, though I might need a bigger tower to fit a larger water system (maybe I’m mistaken). I expect noticeable improvements after the upgrade from 3600x.
Performance will improve significantly since it won’t experience immediate thermal throttling.
