My PC details can be found here: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/ArushM/saved/#view=XTXfpg All readings come from HWiNFO 64 enhanced mode. I have a contact frame and an NHD15S, reaching 113°C during overclocking on an i5-13600K. It draws around 75W and the temperature peaks at 105°C. This occurs during gaming and even reaches 98°C in BIOS settings. My main worry is long-term damage. Undervolting remains an ongoing task; I’m currently at -0.075V (~0.1270V) and around 400MHz, aiming to lower the voltage further so temperatures drop. It throttles to 3.5/3.1 across all cores when under load due to the throttling effect. I’ve reached 253W during an OCCT AVX2 test without the cooler, suggesting good performance. Still concerned about potential degradation. Writing this with minimal background activity and default settings (no undervolt or overclock, no RAM changes) shows it’s still at 100°C throttling to 4.8/3.7. Fans are operating at full speed: 2 units at 140mm, 1 at 140mm, 2 at 120mm in front, all intakes, 1 exhaust of 120mm at the back. The case is a Phanteks Eclipse G360A ATX Mid Tower.

Are you confident about the connection? What does the thermal paste design appear to be?

We believe we’ve addressed the topic. Synthetic extreme benchmarks aren’t acceptable.

It was throttling at 75W, seemed bad, fixed it and everything worked again. Not sure why it went from normal to this issue.
