For dedicated software testing, consider running regular applications or games you use daily to check their stability. It seems you’ve likely tried that already. To expand your testing, try OCCT in its mode that cycles through different instruction sets during the test. Older sets may allow higher CPU clock speeds, which can reveal instability in certain conditions. For Ryzen models, using OCCT in core cycle mode with a single core at a time is advisable, as single-core performance behaves differently and could also cause issues.

System operates smoothly but the variation in TCTL/TDEE versus average temperatures might stem from Core 3 clocking higher and briefly experiencing a spike. Cores 3 and 5 perform best and maintain peak performance longer, which is clear from the consistent average speeds across all processors.

Essentially yes. Tctl/Tdie acts as a hotspot and should track the most relevant sensor. In reality, short spikes might go unrecorded, leading to discrepancies when comparing max or min readings over time.
