your computer keeps showing an overvoltage warning even after adjusting the voltage. it seems the issue persists, so you might want to check the power supply or consult a technician.

current cpu core voltage stands at 1.3, soc measures 1.2, and idle temperatures sit near 45°C on a corsair h100i pro aio.

I don’t understand the 3900X in detail, but those voltages are quite high. I’d consider resetting the BIOS to the default settings and checking if it starts up normally.
