current cpu core voltage stands at 1.3, soc measures 1.2, and idle temperatures sit near 45°C on a corsair h100i pro aio.

I don’t understand the 3900X in detail, but those voltages are quite high. I’d consider resetting the BIOS to the default settings and checking if it starts up normally.

SOC voltage peaks near 1.1V, which might be excessive. CPU voltage at 1.3V is typical.
