It seems the idea isn't feasible since reaching 100°C+ in seconds would be unrealistic. You've already reinstalled the software, so it's likely the issue is elsewhere. A $25 air cooler like AK400 or SE214 with a 5600X should help manage temperatures effectively.
The M22 isn't the top choice, often malfunctioning. Swapping it with a good air cooler will fix the issue.
