The base clock is set at 3.7 with a maximum boost up to 4.6. It looks like the CPU would struggle to maintain stable speeds between 4.2 and 4.5 without being overclocked. You might try resetting the motherboard by removing the battery for a short time and observe if it continues running at higher speeds. Give it a try and let us know the outcome. Good luck!
