I tried to boost my CPU's performance by adjusting the Vcore in BIOS, which helped after a previous boot failure. After resetting the CMOS, the system started normally but the monitor remained black. It seems the PC boots in Windows, though it powers off quickly when I press the shutdown button. Could you provide your CPU model and specifications?

You might have damaged your CPU by pushing the voltage too high. That’s definitely something you shouldn’t do, and anyone who looked into overclocking would have cautioned against such extreme settings.

Despite not specifying the processor, it's clear you're using something that typically operates between 1V and 1.2V at default. A small rise of 0.68V can easily drive idle voltage far beyond safe limits for any chip still functional today.
