I own an MSI B450 Tomohawk equipped with a Ryzen 2600. The red indicator lit up and the system wouldn't start, assuming it was dead. I replaced it with a 3700 and updated the BIOS beforehand. Now the new CPU is installed but still won’t boot, and the red light remains active. The fans spin and light up, yet the CPU Debug light stays hard red with no signal detected.
