Recently, while browsing taobao.com, I discovered some unusual CPUs and motherboards. All of them are manufactured in China and are compatible with the x86 architecture, meaning they can run Microsoft Windows.

They resemble soldered CPUs mounted on a bare platform. I've seen examples where a BGA CPU is placed on an LGA socket, followed by standard installation.

Yes, there are Chinese CPUs available. Steve from Gamers Nexus reviewed one, sharing some background information about them. I don’t have the exact video reference, but I think it might be mentioned in one of the links provided.
