Hello! Your new CPU is performing well right now, but it seems like the system is struggling to reach its full potential. There might be an issue with the cooling setup or ambient temperature affecting performance. Double-check the cooler installation and ensure it's properly seated. Also, verify that the RAM is correctly recognized and not causing conflicts. Let me know if you need further help!

Your room's temperature has noticeably shifted within a 10-20°F (5-10°C) range. The time of day plays a role in how heat is released, with larger differences enhancing cooling efficiency.

It doesn't seem to be the issue with temperature. The device won't reach over 3.2Ghz.

I would attempt to reset your BIOS by removing the CMOS battery and then applying your XMP profile again on the RAM.

It might be related to a bios problem—try verifying core voltages and see if your board is in quiet mode.

I believed I had the "ultimate" configuration ready, but it turns out I didn’t. Thanks for checking Cinebench—it ran smoothly as expected. Apologies for the mistake.

I received my 2700 and became upset since nobody was aware of this problem. It took me several days to resolve it.
