If I were you, I’d start by examining the hardware. Even if the chance is slim, since you’re physically handling it, at least verify them. Make sure all cables are secure—look for any splices, cuts, or if the motherboard contacts metal parts in the new case. Normally, a short circuit will cause the PC to shut down, but I’d still double-check first. In your case, focus on the send function, which activates mainly during gaming. Check temperatures; if they’re higher than usual—especially after upgrading the AIO—I’d inspect the CPU contact and consider reinstalling it. Also, ensure the fans aren’t too tight and that the RAM slots are clean. Try reseating the RAM one at a time. Other things to verify: front panel connections (power, reset, RGB, USB). If you have the Lian Li app installed for your cooler, try disabling or turning it off. Just remember, someone I know had freezing problems from this issue—hard to say if it was the real cause or already resolved.
