CPU issue? Clock malfunction (Pentium 4 processor)
I own an old winXP desktop that I recently restarted. It would power on, fans turned on, and USB devices appeared, but no display showed up. After checking the USB clocks, they stayed steady at 4.5 volts across all pins. On a functioning PC, the middle pins were fluctuating, indicating the issue was likely with the clocks. Someone cleared the CMOS memory and it worked again. Thanks for the help!
