It mentions EDP, which stands for Energy Distribution Protocol. That could refer to a specific system or standard depending on context.

@lemmy37.xX Verify the MMIO Lock area at the top right of the TPL window. Click OK and observe the changes. If you remain capped at 800 MHz, examine the Speed Shift option in the TPL window. Your turbo ratios in the FIVR window are below standard settings. Did you adjust them intentionally in the BIOS? In the FIVR window, press the Defaults button to restore turbo ratios to their original values. In the FIVR window, set IccMax to 255.75 for both core and cache. Remove any MSI Control software if applicable.

I cleared the CMOS to reset things, but fixing the MMIO brought it back to normal performance. Thanks!

The BIOS is applying default turbo settings that are significantly reduced. Are you running the latest BIOS update? In the ThrottleStop FIVR interface, press the Defaults button to enable your CPU to operate at its full capacity and adjust PL1 from 125 to 250 in the TPL window. The 125W default power cap for PL1 is insufficient for a 10th Gen K series processor.
