You have two monitors linked via HDMI 2 on your GPU. You're looking to add a third screen and want to use iGPU only for that display. Yes, you can enable iGPU for the third screen. To set it up, specify the iGPU device in your display settings or BIOS when connecting the monitor.

By default, most motherboards disable the CPU iGPU when a separate graphics card is connected via PCI-E. You can change this setting to enable both your dedicated GPU and the integrated iGPU. For ASUS boards, refer to their support page here: https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1045574. On other boards, look for "iGPU Multi-Monitor" when needed. Then connect the third monitor to the video outputs on the motherboard.

Once you turn on the iGPU and connect your screen via the motherboard's HDMI, it should start using the iGPU automatically.

Smart features will make it happen, or simply connect it and activate it through the system settings. Very straightforward and functions with the right equipment.
