I faced an issue a month ago after assembling my PC. It gradually deteriorated, which was concerning. After replacing the CPU and motherboard, everything functioned perfectly. I rebooted multiple times with ample intervals, each time resolving the problem. Initially, I connected only the keyboard and mouse, then added peripherals one by one. After a short period without any devices, the system booted normally. When I turned it back on with all components connected, everything worked smoothly. Later, while installing a game, even without any connections, it behaved identically to the first time. The HDMI cable and TV remained functional consistently. This inconsistency is puzzling.
They're placed correctly, and I had Canada computers perform a BIOS update last night.
