It's not clear if you need help reinstalling the cooler. Check if you can easily mount and remove it yourself before contacting the person who helped install it.

It seems the CPU inside appears to be hot, despite the thermal paste being applied and the cooler being properly installed.

Are the front fans positioned between the front of the case and the glass? If yes, relocate them to the interior to expand the air gap between the glass and the fans. Remember, 95°C is the upper temperature limit, keeping you within a safe range but these chips will handle higher boost speeds when cooler.
