I changed from a 10400f to a 10700f on a Gigabyte B460DS3H. Each time I open Microsoft Edge it freezes, and I have to perform a hard reset. Anyone know what might be causing this issue? The 10700f I installed was already working. Could the new one be faulty?

Other browsers function properly too. It's not uncommon for people to use Edge.

Run a stress test using Prime95 or AIDA 64, then check Cinebench results. Compare the score to the expected 10700F value. If everything checks out, the CPU appears to be functioning correctly.

You can obtain Cinebench by downloading it from the official website or using a pre-installed version on your device. If you're unsure, check if your system has built-in tools or install them manually.
