Hello. I own a previous Prime H610M-A with an Intel Core i5-13400F. I bought a TUF Gaming B650-Plus Wi-Fi and a Ryzen 7 7800X3D. When the PC starts, the motherboard lights turn orange (DRAM) which fades away quickly, then red (CPU) and white (VGA) which also vanish fast, finally staying green. The screen displays the FTPM page as described in the image title, but I’m having trouble because my keyboard doesn’t register any keys—like when I try to press Y or N nothing happens. I’ve also noticed the Caps Lock light stays on even after pressing the button, making the keyboard unresponsive. I’ve checked online, reset the BIOS and CMOS, updated the BIOS, and even reinstalled major components like the GPU and CPU, but the problem persists. I also tried booting without the NVMe M.2 SSD since it was the only connection between old and new hardware, yet I couldn’t get any response. The SSD has Windows 11 installed with all my files. Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you in advance.

It's typical when you switch the CPU, as for the keyboard it's best to use a different USB port, preferably a USB 2.0 one.

Yes, the keyboard functions within the BIOS settings.

I'm unable to access the bios. The FTPM page isn't working with the current keyboard setup.

Certainly! Let me know if you'd like to revert to a previous BIOS version or need further assistance.

Keyboard functioned flawlessly in the prior configuration. I’m considering testing an earlier BIOS release. My friend’s arrival with a different keyboard makes it unlikely this issue is isolated.

After checking with my friend, it turned out the problem was my keyboard. The fix was switching to a different one. If you've already tried that, this discussion might not be right for you.
