Hello, your stock heatsink is beginning to fail, so you're considering upgrading the cooling. You want to overclock your 4690k to 4.3-4.4GHz and are wondering if the fans in the $20 range can handle that. This model looks the most appealing for you.

KR2 :
spend a bit more and you can get a very good CPU fan

I understand the 212 evo is decent, but it's around 950CZK and I can't exceed 600. I think I'll try the fan and see what happens. The 100mm fan with 4 heatpipes seems promising.
I've been using this fan with my i5 6600k just a week ago. It's working well, especially since I overclocked the CPU to 4.5GHz at 1.325VCore. Temperatures stay around 65°C even under maximum load.

I’d probably take a little more, either the Hyper 212 EVO or Cryoirg C7… both are under $35, and they’ll keep things cool (add sunglasses if you like).

I concur with KR2, I run the 212 EVO and there are no issues with overclocking or maintaining stable temperatures.

KR2 suggests spending a bit more to obtain a high-quality CPU fan. A link is provided for reference. While the 212 Evo is decent, it's too expensive at around 950CZK, so I'll consider the fan anyway and hope it works. The 100mm model with four heatpipes seems promising.
