Hello everyone.
This is my first time posting here, so I hope this isn't the right spot. I'm really struggling.
I've got the components from Christmas, and everything seems to be working on the surface—lights on the front panel, fans spinning, etc. But nothing shows up through the motherboard HDMI, and the peripherals aren't connecting.
However, a closer look reveals the USB ports are actually receiving power since they charge my phone, but the mouse laser is extremely weak and doesn't function. It feels like the USB ports are in power-saving mode.
Could someone help me out? Thanks.
