I changed my bios information and the fans are working really well, always reaching 1900. I've adjusted the settings several times. I'm unsure what to do next. My hardware includes an MSI X470 GAMING PLUS, AMD RYZEN 5 2600X, COOLMASTER MASTERLIQUID ML240L RGB, G.Skill Ripjaws V series 3200mhz with 16GB, Gigabyte Windforce OC RTX 2060. I also set the configuration to "Optimized Defaults," which might be causing problems. The fans are very loud, CPU usage is low at 5%, and temperature is around 50°C.
You can manually adjust the fans in BIOS if needed. It’s not a malfunction, just a setting you can change.

After resetting the BIOS settings, it remains overclocked. I’ve disabled Game Boost and other features, but the pump speed is still around 1900 RPM and the sys1 fan is at 800.
