I need to move this setup to a different case. The system runs an i3-7100 CPU with a gigabyte h110 iGPU and 8GB RAM. After connecting all hardware, the fan spins but the mouse LED stays on without displaying anything on the screen. Possible fixes could involve checking connections, ensuring proper power delivery, updating drivers, or testing with another monitor.

It is emitting a beep or displaying a postcode on its screen.

Verify all power connectors are securely attached, including the CPU and 24-pin RAM. Ensure CMOS pins remain intact (refer to the manual). Consider removing the power button and restart button connector, possibly using a screwdriver or similar tool to briefly connect the power button pins (often labeled like PWSS) to get the machine running. This method worked for me once, but it took time to identify the issue.
