I overclocked to 4.5GHz with 1.375 CPU voltage and 1.65 DRAM voltage. All other settings are left as default. When I power on the PC, everything runs quickly and loudly. The CPU light stays red for about five seconds before the system shuts down. After a short pause, it restarts with the same noise, but then the CPU light flashes for roughly one second before the PC turns off again and starts up normally. I haven’t experienced any unusual resets. It seems the issue might be related to the startup voltage settings... I’m unsure if adjusting them in the BIOS would help, or if there’s another cause. This has never happened before, so I’m not sure how to proceed.

A few individuals claim it's typical, while others believe fixing it involves using Boot by PCIE, though the issue appears to occur only when the PC is cold. I plan to attempt enabling Boot by PCIE and then report back if the problem persists.
