Hello. I'm searching for a CPU cooler suitable for your 9700k (Socket LG1151). Since you'll be lightly-medium overclocking, I believe a TDP above 130 is necessary. The cooler must also fit within your case's height limit of 158 mm. What options should I consider?

I really like your approach. For optimal cooling, focus on front air intake using three of your 120mm fans. Whatever enters the front will leave with it, carrying away heat. Limit to one rear 120mm fan for exhaust only. Adding more will pull in unfiltered air from nearby openings, diminishing the benefit of front filters.

Which one would be preferable? The first link is from Bequiet and the second is from CryoOriginal.

they both can handle the task, but the be quiet measures 155 mm while the h 7 is 144 mm, so it's now up to you.

The Noctua NH-U12s measures 158mm and works well for a light overclock.

The matter concerns the Silverstone Redline 6, or RL06. It will include five 120mm fans.

For optimal cooling, focus on front air intake using three of your 120mm fans.
What enters the front will leave somewhere, carrying component heat with it.
Limit to one rear 120mm fan for exhaust.
Using more than that will pull in unfiltered air from nearby openings, diminishing the benefit of front air filters.
