You can always tap on profile 1, then press apply and try the built-in benchmark.
It's possible the installation wasn't secure enough. To ensure good contact between the cooler and the CPU, you should fully tighten the screws. The design includes springs that prevent over-tightening.
No need to overdo it, just make sure it's secure but not too tight.
The stock cooler isn't very effective. It looks almost identical to mine, and things get even worse because it's really hot in Indonesia.
