The CPU consistently operates at high speeds around 3.6-4.6 GHz even when idle, and only reaches that level during intensive tasks like rendering. The GPU stays low, typically under 0.2 GHz, except during heavy workloads. This behavior is unusual and can lead to elevated temperatures, often exceeding 47-66°C, and reaching nearly 77°C during peak usage. Previously, the CPU overheated above 80°C with the cooler I had, but after upgrading to the Thermalrite Phantom 120SE cooler, temperatures have stabilized better.

It's typical, particularly when using Windows. The temperatures aren't an issue here.
