I just completed a UserBenchmark to check my CPU performance. My Ryzen 5 3600 was acting sluggish lately, and I have 16GB of 3200MHz RAM. I’m trying to figure out what might be causing the slowdown.

What kind of background processes are active? Are the RAM modules connected in dual-channel or a single stick?
