I'm working on assembling a computer and using a screwdriver with the power switch pins still attached to the motherboard case. The fans spin, but nothing appears on the screen and the GPU fans don’t turn. I’ve done everything possible to resolve this issue. Please assist.

I'm working on Ryzen 5 7500F Thermalright burst assassin CPU cooler with Gigabyte B650M gaming plus WiFi motherboard, T-create DDR5 6000 2x16GB SSD, XFX Speedster SWFT 319, Radeon RX 6800 16GB card. Everything seems to be spinning but no boot screen appears. I've checked power cables, reseated GPU and CPU, tested RAM and SSD, even swapped in the 1650 Super. Still no boot. Please advise.

Your GPU includes a setting where fans activate only when necessary; they don’t act as a fan indicator when inactive. Have you checked both the motherboard and GPU connections for your monitor? Do you have a motherboard speaker installed? Are there any beeps or diagnostic lights on the motherboard?

I've checked both the motherboard and GPU display ports, but I haven't detected any sounds or lights.
