Hello everyone, I'm looking for some advice! I recently upgraded my hardware, but my GPU and CPU aren't reaching full performance. My RAM is around 80-90%, while my i5 7400 used to be at 100%. Now I have an Ryzen 7 3700X with a KEF 16GB 2133Mhz board and a new Nvidia 1060 graphics card. I installed the latest Windows drivers, but I'm still getting only 70-80 stable FPS in games like Escape from Tarkov and Warzone. My previous setup gave me around 60 FPS with the i5. I thought my CPU shouldn't be at 100%, but the GPU is working better now. Thanks for your help, Jan!

Verify temperatures using hwmonitor while upgrading your RAM. Target a minimum of 3200MHz, ideally around 3600MHz. Ryzen benefits from quick RAM speeds.

Hello, games typically run on single-core or low-core systems. Using multiple cores often leaves many unused and idle. For gaming, prioritizing higher clock speeds over more cores usually performs better. Based on a YouTube video and some online FPS reports for Tarkov, you should aim for around 50-80 frames per second.

Temps are fine but the ram doesn't fix that my gpu never hit 100% right?

You usually receive around 50 to 80 rewards, but you expected better, particularly in Warzone. To increase core usage and boost your GPU performance, try adjusting settings or upgrading components. Make sure your GPU is running at full capacity for optimal results.

This happens when I'm in Warzone with high anti-high textures and lower settings for the rest of the game.

Obtain quicker RAM. It’s definitely a good idea.

What frequency should you target and does upgrading to 2933MHz make sense given your motherboard limitations?
