CPU and AIO fans producing loud or rattling sounds
It's often a random occurrence with my AIO fans (Cooler Master Master Liquid ML240R). Many people noticed buzzing or rattling noises, but they didn't see any loose screws or cables around the case. Friends said it probably comes from the fans themselves, though they didn't know exactly what was wrong or how to fix it.
Occasionally a faint buzzing or humming sound comes from the motor when a fan operates at a specific speed. Adjusting it slightly higher or lower should resolve the issue. Check your BIOS settings to locate the fan speed and configure a suitable curve around that point.
As Tishous discussed, adjust the RPM speed of your AIO until it stabilizes. Be careful not to lower it too much, ensuring the pump can handle the hot fluid without straining the radiator. Aim for a speed between 70 to 90 percent, keeping it above 70.
After listening, I don't believe your pump is the problem. It seems the fan blade might be warped. You may want to test each fan individually to pinpoint the issue.
