When I engage in most activities besides remaining still, my Roblox game freezes briefly. System monitoring reveals the CPU reaches maximum usage when Task Manager and other programs indicate otherwise. All troubleshooting attempts have been unsuccessful. This isn’t a hardware issue, since my PC runs a powerful i5-13600k and high-end games perform well on it. Other triple-A titles don’t affect performance at all. It’s probably not internet speed, as I’m connected via Ethernet with Starlink and my brother also uses it without problems. This issue has persisted for about a month, and many others have reported similar experiences, often receiving only generic advice like “update drivers.” For reference, using the in-game recording (F12) shows no stuttering, giving the impression of smooth play. Here’s a summary of actions tried: updated graphics drivers and performed a clean install, restarted with Windows and PC reset, disabled XMP, turned off CPU game boost, ran a deep virus scan (virus removed without impact), cleared cache and reinstalled Roblox, disabled some Chrome extensions, moved the game to a separate monitor with Intel UHD 770 graphics, and adjusted hardware acceleration settings.
