The game demands a lot of CPU power. I'm currently at work, but I can look into your usage stats once I'm back home on the 9800x3D. My memory suggests it's also quite high.

I can't directly access your task manager or system files. However, you can open the Task Manager and search for "CPU" there to view its details.
