Cinema4D doesn’t have an option to adjust the number of cores directly. It’s unclear if Cinebench supports this setting, and if it does, avoid the 15-thread configuration.

If no such option exists, consider using different software. For instance, if Prime95 behaves similarly, I’d question whether the issue lies on Windows and explore testing on a Linux USB drive to confirm. If it persists, it may point to a microcode or hardware problem, suggesting a check for available BIOS updates. Is this your first build?

Is this a new build or fresh install of Windows? I'd make sure that you have all the chipset and motherboard drivers up to date. As well as the latest bios update for the board, then see if it still has this issue.

I’d try a quick flash of the bios. Occasionally switching between my 5900X and X3D causes issues. A flash usually helps, though this update has worked well for me.
