Greetings! I'm completely frustrated. Recently—about three weeks ago—I’ve experienced significant frame rate fluctuations while gaming. I've repeatedly run FPS tests, achieving an average of 200 frames per second. However, within the game itself, my performance frequently dips to 80-90 fps when there are numerous explosions or a large number of characters obstructing my view, particularly on the Inferno B-site. It’s become almost unplayable. I should also add that I am utilizing a 144Hz monitor. Could you please help me identify the cause of this issue? Here’s a video demonstrating the problem:

Have you recently updated your graphics card drivers? Furthermore, a month-old update activated D3D9EX mode for all users, but some have experienced reduced frame rates as a result. If you haven’t yet, consider adding -disable_d3d9ex to your game launch options to investigate whether this resolves the issue.
