I was experimenting with the DAO Launcher file to fix the console issues. I accidentally messed up and didn’t save the file, so my mistake left me frustrated. If anyone could provide a backup of their DAOLaucher file, I’d really appreciate it. The exact file I need is DAOriginsLauncher.XML, which should be in SteamLibrary > SteamApps > common > Dragon Age Ultimate Edition > Data. I’m not sure where the Origin version would be saved, but it’s likely in a similar location.

Check your game on Steam and it should download the missing file automatically.

According to Todd, check the game in Steam and it will cover any gaps you have. In Steam, select the game > Properties > Local Files > confirm the cache integrity.

The verification and repair commands in game launchers have helped me numerous times while experimenting with mods.

Thanks! I was really surprised I hadn't mentioned that before.
