Hi
I just changed my system to the below specifications:
Processor – Intel Core i5 14400F (10 cores, 16 threads, up to 4.7 GHz)
Motherboard – MSI B760M BOMBER WIFI DDR5
RAM – 2 x 16GB G.Skill Ripjaws S5 DDR5 5200MHz
Graphics Card – GigaByte Radeon RX 6600 (8GB)
SSD – 1 TB ADATA GAMMIX S50 CORE Gen4 NVMe m.2
Power Supply – MSI MAG A650BN 80 Plus Bronze
CPU Cooler – Deepcool AG400 ARGB Air Cooler

In a few months I intend to swap out my graphics card, could you recommend suitable options that would work well with this build? I also plan to keep this setup running for about five years; would it be able to last that long? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

It depends on your budget and screen resolution.
Upgrading to an RX 7800 XT would offer about twice the performance over the RX 6600.
However, you'll also need to replace your power supply unit.
Keep in mind that new Nvidia cards will arrive soon, so you might want to consider postponing your GPU upgrade until then.

I believe the upcoming AMD cards in the new generation will also appear, as some leaks about the 9070xt imply it could reach 7800xt to 7900gre with improved ray tracing. It might be wise to wait unless you spot a good deal now. I recently acquired a 7900xtx at a price below the MSRP, which should last for a while.

The GPU isn't very strong.
The rest of the setup is okay.
By the way, what kind of PC case are you using? How many fans are there?
Does it provide adequate airflow and a mesh front panel?
If not, your system could start to overheat or fail after upgrading the graphics card.

I agree with the other user. The GPU might be a bit weak, but the CPU could work fine and should handle it. If you're planning to play games at 1440p, upgrading the PSU and replacing the 7800XT with something better or higher would make a big difference.
