In short, I've been looking into changing PPT settings on Ryzen for better cooling efficiency at lower power use, even though it means sacrificing some performance. Since I have an SFF case and a stock cooler, I'm trying to find clear instructions and accepted values for my Ryzen 5 3600. Most guidance I found suggests just turning on ECO Mode in BIOS, but if I need more control, I'm considering adjusting PPT manually. Thanks ahead for any advice!
